MarinaUhak (hereinafter the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws. The Company processes personal information collected through Meta advertising, consultation requests, and inquiries in accordance with this policy.This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Korean version shall prevail.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The Company may collect the following personal information for consultation requests and inquiry responses.

2. Methods of Collection
The Company collects personal information through the following methods.
- Naver Booking (네이버 예약)
- Consultation requests via Meta advertising lead forms
- Inquiries and consultation requests via the website, KakaoTalk channel, email, and phone
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company uses the collected personal information solely for the following purposes.
- Receiving consultation requests related to international schools, study-abroad, and education consulting, and identity verification
- Responding to inquiries and conducting consultations
- Service guidance, delivering proposals, and scheduling consultations
- Confirming user requests and follow-up communication
- Marketing and ad performance measurement, and service improvement
The Company does not use personal information beyond the scope of the collection purpose without the user's prior consent.
4. Retention and Use Period
The Company will, without delay, destroy personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, the following information may be retained for a certain period in accordance with related laws or user consent.

The Company may outsource certain tasks to external parties as needed for the smooth operation of its services. Examples include advertising operations, customer management, email delivery, and cloud storage services.
When entering into outsourcing contracts, the Company stipulates the necessary matters under related laws to ensure that personal information is managed safely.

- Request to correct or delete personal information

8. Procedure and Method of Destruction
When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company will destroy such personal information without delay.
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery and reproduction.
- Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
